DESIGNA SABAR are proud the Quest Grande Esplanade Serviced Apartments replaced their Car Park Management System with another DESIGNA system in 2013.
Our job was relatively small by industry standards and we messed them around somewhat due to issues beyond our control, but we have not suffered any diminution of support or interest from the size of our contract or the remote location.
We are very pleased with the decision to commit to SABAR which by the way was not based on price alone. We actually chose them over lower bidders based on their service through the period of development of the specification and the tender process.

Mildura Airport Pty Ltd
DESIGNA SABAR are proud Mildura Airport have extended their Car Park Management System with more DESIGNA equipment in 2014.
After a tender process in July 2016, DIA awarded DESIGNA Australia the contract to supply, install and maintain a new car park management system. Following the successful installation, DESIGNA Australia also took over the management of the intercom system through their dedicated Control Centre. Previously the intercom calls were manned by an internal resource.
The Control Centre currently answers intercom queries from customers, reports equipment faults to DIA staff and provides backup technical support. This dedicated Control Centre provides our customers with piece of mind that their issue will be resolved in a timely manner.
We also receive twice daily reports from the Control Centre listing the calls they have received together with the outcomes which has allowed DIA to effectively manage customer education requirements towards the new system and any reported faults.
DIA would be happy to recommend the DESIGNA Australia Control Centre to any prospective clients and are available to respond to any queries arising from this letter.
